Question 1
What colors are in a zebra?
Question 2
What colors are in a cheetah?
Answer Key (if you must)
1. Black and white
2. Black and brownish tan.
If you got any of these answers wrong there could be a reason for that. It must be because now just about everything comes in pink, green, red, blue etc. animal print so I can understand where you may have been confused. Let me remind you that when picking animal print alone you have to be very selective. Why? Well because you don't want to actually look like the animal itself. A multi-colored cheetah print dress is fine........ if you are seven and even then it is debatable.

Fergie's outfit is close to being acceptable, but then she mixes the pastel colors in with the original colors making her dress look like it got in a fight with cotton candy of some sort. And Paris Hilton your dress looks like a cheetah disguised as a Smurf. As for Kim's dress I can't remember the last time I saw a pink snake??
Don't get me wrong, I love me some zebra print. But the key is to wear it in moderation and please stick to its original color. Just because something may come in animal print does not mean it needs to be bought and then worn in public. More guidance? I would be delighted.
Catherine McNeil Photo by: Max Doyle This is the February cover of Vogue Australia, which features Catherine McNeil in a leopard-print zip-up in its original colors mind you over top of a black bikini, paired with khaki shorts and accessorized with a black belt.
While we are on the topic of animal print and bathing suits don't for one second think the rule of dyed animal print doesn't apply because it does. |
