And that they are going to possibly be in the running for "best dressed", but original does not always have to mean the most provocative or outrageous. There is a classy way to go about anything in life and prom dress shopping isn't an exception.

Moving on to the provocative picks aka what I like to call trashy. Whenever you see the word "sexy" it pretty much should be like caution tape. Luckily at most schools they require a dress code and some need to be thankful for this.

There are always the dresses with ruffles but there is a fine line between what is an acceptable level of ruffles and looking like you exploded in them.

We get the fact you want to be noticed, but I don't still want to see the patterns of your dress when I look away.
